IMT_L182P

IMT_L182P is an electroacoustic musical instrument based on a tactile technology.

It uses a principle of putting in tension of a metallic sheet in a frame, which then allows passage in a volume without modifying its geometry. The technology contains 3 piezoelectric sensors stuck on the metal leaf and bound with a case.

This one is connected to the interface computer. A light connecter allows the pick up of the metal leaf to return in a state of plan and facilitate its transport. The tension of the sheet allows it to generate a shape which constitutes the general shape of the instrument.
